Accessibility Declaration

This accessibility declaration applies to the following websites:
https://sklep.kampol-logistyka.pl, https://kampol-logistyka.pl, https://kampol-recykling.pl, https://kampol-bebnyiskrzynie.pl, https://kampol-produkcja.pl, https://kampol-wms.pl (hereinafter referred to as: the Websites).

The above Websites serve to present the company’s operations. They describe the company’s structure, values, and eco-friendly initiatives. Additionally, the online store provides functionality for purchasing pallets and boxes.

Digital Accessibility Status

The Websites are fully compliant with the annex to the Act on Digital Accessibility of Public Entities’ Websites and Mobile Applications, dated April 4, 2019, with the exception of content excluded from adaptation.

Enhancements, Limitations, and Additional Information

Actions undertaken to improve accessibility:

Accessibility audit and compliance with WCAG 2.1 requirements, including:

  • Adding the option to skip content blocks;
  • Adding visible focus indicators for interactive elements;
  • Adding the ability to pause animations;
  • Improving color schemes to ensure sufficient contrast;
  • Providing appropriate alternative texts for images;
  • Adding descriptive texts explaining the purpose of graphics;
  • Improving heading structure;
  • Adding indicators for foreign language content;
  • Underlining links;
  • Improving website code.

Content excluded from accessibility compliance or partially inaccessible (external elements beyond our control):

  • Rzetelna Firma plugin
  • CookieFirst plugin (on kampol-logistyka.pl)
  • CookieYes plugin (on other WordPress sites)
  • Amasty plugin (on sklep.kampol-logistyka.pl)

These elements are not critical for the functionality of the Websites and do not prevent users from using the services or features.

Everyone has the right to request the digital accessibility of a website or specific content therein.

We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after receiving it. If meeting this deadline is not possible, we will inform you and provide a new deadline—no later than 2 months—by which the issue will be resolved or an alternative access method will be provided.

If we are unable to ensure digital accessibility of the website or content indicated in your request, we will propose an alternative means of access.

Handling Requests and Complaints Regarding Accessibility

If your request for digital accessibility is denied and you disagree with the decision, you have the right to file a complaint. You may also file a complaint if you disagree with the proposed alternative access method.

The building is accessible directly from the street, which allows for wheelchair access.
