HOW KAMPOL WMS OPERATES

Our Process

Collection

Pallets are collected from our suppliers or customers. Upon return we verify the supplier, documents and quantity compliance.

Sorting and classification

Pallets are sorted and inspected for condition, size and quality . The classification process is agreed with the customer and adapted to fit customer's expectations. Any element of the pallet may be subject to inspection.

Pallet repair

When damaged or defective pallets are identified, they are repaired in accordance with the European standard EN ISO 18613:2014

Warehousing

Wooden pallets are stored ready for use by the customer. The warehouse area for customer's pallets is arranged to fit customer's needs and expectations.

Warehouse release

With Kampol WMS you can define access for the people who may order a shipment or arrange for a shipment by sending a loading advice. The entire process is fully customised to meet your needs.

Analysis and report

We create custom reports as needed. From return quantity and quality reports to warehouse release analysis and pallet demand reports, as well as a returned pallets quality report.

With Kampol WMS you will reduce your carbon footprint

Climate awareness is increasing around the globe and we also need to make a stance and show that we care. Our process ensures that pallets are reused, which not only substantially reduces CO22 emissions, but also saves the trees that would otherwise have to be harvested for new pallet production.
